John H. “Jack” Komora, Sr.

John H. "Jack" Komora, Sr. was born in New Kensington, PA in 1903. He graduated from Slippery Rock State College and then pursued a lifelong teaching and legendary coaching career in Erie, PA at both East and Academy High Schools, where he taught physical education and swimming at both high schools for many years.
