One of the fastest and most talented athletes ever to emerge from the Erie area, was a standout football, basketball and track star at East High School in the late 1960’s. In the Warrior’s 1969 undefeated season, he led the league in rushing and set a new scoring record with 156 points. He was also first-team all-city and an all city trackman.
