Gus Anderson

Gus Anderson was a coaching pioneer who jumpstarted not one high school athletic program in Erie, but two. While the name is more closely associated-with Millcreek and McDowell (Gus Anderson Field), it was at East High School that Anderson began the winning tradition that was to follow him throughout his coaching career.
